Senior Business Consultant
About
We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant. As a Senior Consultant you will be the link between the agile delivery teams and stakeholders. You will be dealing with complex, large strategic initiatives from your own opinion Based on the Bank with other stakeholders. In addition, you also have an advisory role towards various Management stakeholders on different (MT) levels.
What are you going to do?
A new framework is currently being drafted and designed. They are looking for someone who can support them with it.
- You are going to design frameworks based on a deep dive on regulatory requirements
Target Operating Model as basis for business process modelling, Business functions, including global solution intent - You will be dedicated to contributing to the deliverables of the Program.
- You will act as the frontrunner to be able to describe things well - establish structure architecture that forms the basis of the teams
- Data sources & requirements handling
- Setting up detailed global solution
- You will contribute to (global) solution intent in terms of; determination of business functions required to support High level data requirement and source analyses
- Roadmap towards implementation in alignment with other initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 years or more relevant experience, preferably in consulting
- Knowledge of banking, data management, credits, and risk management in general and particularly credit risk monitoring
- Familiar with business architecture and business process management
- You have a strong background in business architecture and business process management
- Analytical, conceptual thinker, structured, clear communication, enthusiastic & talent for stakeholder management
- Affinity with setting up a new monitoring framework from scratch
- Strong communication skills
- Familiar with Agile
