World Leading Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Integration Change & Training Analyst with SAP exposure to join a virtual Global Team within the Downstream part of the business.

They drive operational excellence by defining and deploying effective, fit for purpose and affordable Change solutions. These solutions include training development, training delivery, communications and many other aspects of change management.

About the role:

As a Training Analyst, you are responsible for the Training Needs Analysis as a result of projects or change initiatives. You will define the training need and scope and develop fit for purpose training & awareness materials. As an Analyst, you should also be capable to deliver training, managing different training delivery approaches. This can be a mix of virtual or classroom training, direct to end users or through a Train the Trainer approach.

Strong alignment is required to always ensure full integrated & logical solutions in order to build user capability and competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a detailed Training Needs Analysis
- Create and/or update training materials for the relevant training audiences
- Deliver Train the Trainer sessions, including exercises.
- Support during End User training delivered by the local trainers.
- Support the business during Live Environment simulations
- Provide Go live support on potential knowledge gaps
- Develop & deliver training content for assigned projects & initiatives
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships and increase collaboration, adding real value through provision of learner-centric solutions
- Design and develop or update existing training materials in alignment with existing & new tools, templates and methodologies, using the most effective & appropriate methods of delivery. Methods include eLearning software (Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Ms Teams, Skype, & other Knowledge Management Tools & MS Office suite).

About You:

- Training Content Developer experienced in one or more of the following process areas:
Finance & MIT module FI
Account receivable (FI - AR) & Credit management (module SD)
Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
Supply Chain (SCM) Production planning in module PP & Connected application (Orchestr8)
Distribution (transportation) in module SD (integrated with SAP MM & SAP PP)

Note: the CRM Salesforce will be implemented as a separate project therefore not included in their scope.
Hydrocarbons management in module IS-OIL (specific module for Oil&Gas), covering, HM maser data, TSW Nominations & Ticketing of massive means.
Asset Maintenance (Plant Maintenance) in module PM
- Training delivery experience to multiple training audiences both F2F & virtual
- Ability to pick up required knowledge on any bespoke Connected Applications if required
- Excellent Virtual trainer (through MS teams/Skype)
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Knowledge of Articulate 360 (eLearning tool) and/or Camtasia in combination with the classic PPT/SharePoint skills (MS Office)
- Able to deliver support during End User training, Live environment simulations & Go-live
- Experience of working effectively within a virtual team
- Willingness to travel to Japan and/or Philippines & Malaysia (if allowed with current COVID regulations)

Languages:
Spoken & written English (Essential)
Spoken & written Japanese is a plus, however not mandatory
