Description

Divestment project manager/Organisational design/cost reduction

Inside IR35 Via Umbrella (£610 per day)

Location Agnostic/Fully Remote

The Divestment programme need a PM to come in to manage a project to pull together information and financial reports to demonstrate the cost savings that are being generated by the divestments of the international businesses.

The programme team need to be able to provide detailed and accurate reports to show the benefit (cost reduction) that the programme is delivering.

The main costs that will be saved are on people (salaries, benefits, tax contributions), IT spend (infrastructure, licenses) and buildings.

This report although will need information from each divested country, the report will be delivered as a whole divestment programme.

Therefore this person will be responsible for obtaining lots of information from different business departments (IT, Finance etc.) Candidates will need to hold all of these different parties accountable for producing the information, data, numbers when needed, which will require a fair bit of tenacity and relationship building. This person will then need to be commercially savvy enough to be able to challenge some of the information if they don't think it is completely accurate

This person does not need FS experience, but it would be beneficial if they came from either a financial reporting/finance analyst background, or potentially someone that has worked on cost saving/outsourcing or organisational design (after redundancies) type projects before as they will be used to compiling similar reports to demonstrate business benefit.

If this role sounds of Interest, please don't hesitate to submit your CV and I will be in contact.
