Forensic Property Accountant
£250-£350 a day (Umbrella company)
Ongoing contract position
Based in Birmingham (with working from home) an Accountant with experience in Property Management is required on a contract basis to work with a global client of ours.
As part of a platform migration programme you will be required to investigate client statements, address cash balance/general ledger issues and instigate reconciliations.
- Candidates must possess accountancy experience gained in the property/real estate industry.
- A proven track record of investigating and setting up reconciliation actions for clients.
- Knowledge of Tramps and/or Yardi is also required.
