Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Project Manager - Organisational Design, a six month contract inside of IR35 at £450 - £500. Our client is still working remotely, however candidates applying must be happy to work out of our clients office in Glasgow on a hybrid model of WFH and office work, once restrictions allow.
The role
- Working for a global organisation we are looking for a Project Manager to join a critical programme supporting Organisation Design activities.
- You will need to conduct workshops and meetings with senior stakeholders progress large scale organisation design and redesign of elements of the business
- Work with senior stakeholders to develop a business case and then implementation plan.
To be successful in this role you need:
- Experience of Project/Delivery Manager on business transformation programmes
- Experience of supporting design/implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM)
- Experience with organisation design
- Strong stakeholder management experience - comfortable dealing and working with very senior stakeholders
- Experience with conducting workshops and meeting with senior stakeholders
