Finance Transformation Specialist

The purpose of the role is to lead the business requirements definition, process design, deployment and support the change management activities required to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the changes introduced by the workstream within the Finance programme.
The successful candidate:
- Strong Financial Performance Management background, with working knowledge of integrated planning, performance management and analysis disciplines in in a global, multi-business unit environment
- Experience in a large corporate (eg FTSE100) environment beneficial
- Extensive experience of delivering requirements, design and test activities on projects of work involving IT and data transformation
- Working knowledge of financial systems an advantage (especially Anaplan, HFM, PowerBI)
- Compliance/SOx experience beneficial
- University degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent)
- Experience of working with cross-geographical teams and cultures
