Role: Regional Music Programming Coordinator - EMEA

Location: London

Duration: 12 month

Our client, one of the 'Big 4' tech companies, is looking for a Project Coordinator.

As Regional Music Programming Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and operationalizing projects, routing and trafficking cross-functional requests from internal stakeholders, and ensuring that the Music Programming team is successful in supporting broader initiatives.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate & execute strategies for growing music engagement on Client's platform

* Maintain an annual programming calendar for the region

* Manage Key global music programming projects

* Help streamline processes and review project guidelines.

* Track key metrics on a weekly basis for priority markets

* Understand and provide insights on user research and user behavior metrics.

* Contribute to Client's global programming team and its efforts to drive improvements and innovative features on behalf of users worldwide.

* Coordinate with internal and external partnerships teams to develop and launch effective content and promotions.

* Identify and drive co-promotion or cross-promotion opportunities with internal and external partners.

* Coordinate & Manage the Regional Artist & Social Promotion Programmes.

* Regularly report on music programming initiatives to cross-functional teams.

* Help coordinate and draft programmatic packages and maintain documentation up to date.

Minimum Qualifications (MQs)

* Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree a plus.

* 1-4 years music industry experience

* Experience in coordinating projects with a medium to large sized team.

* English required. Knowledge of another language is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

* Experience coordinating execution of projects with large teams

* Deep music industry and product knowledge

* Ability to craft messaging and work with design and production resources to drive creative execution

* Analytical skills; ability to analyse research or performance data and apply that analysis to optimise programming strategy

* Experience working with both external and internal partners on co-promotion or cross-promotion strategies and campaigns

* Knowledge of and experience with online programming best practices; ability to advise on strategies and product requirements to enhance platform-level programming capabilities.

* Ability to work across functions and divisions and deliver measurable results

* High attention to detail, ability to maintain several different projects simultaneously, while creating precise and effective customer-facing communications
