Description

My client will start performing First Line Maintenance on a national wide Mobile telecom network in the Netherlands. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced First Line Maintenance Manager who can set-up the FLM-organization.
The First Line Maintenance Manager manages the execution of the critical customer care and managed services contracts related to field corrective and preventive maintenance, ensuring the services are delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.

Job Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Building an FLM organization which can execute the activities according contractual obligations.
* Leads the field maintenance activities according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality, costs and processes.
* Accountable to ensure that the supplier provides sufficient resource Manages risks identification and follow up on a plan with all stakeholders regarding Quality, Health and Safety and Suppliers, ensuring all issues are solved and manages escalations as needed.
* lead and organizes the service supplier performance and report to share with the relevant teams* In total autonomy, leads regular root cause analysis and drives continuous process improvements, optimizing delivery methods and seeking for industrialization.
* Has a depth knowledge about Environmental, Health and Safety requirements. Make sure that they are covered in the contractual scope of work and implemented during the service delivery.
