Data Scientist (Inside of IR35) - 12-month contract
My client a multinational pharmaceutical company are looking to recruit a Data Scientist to join their team remotely. Please note this role is deemed Inside of IR35.
As a Data Scientist you will be responsible for the following;
- Analysing data from multiple angles, looking for trends that highlight problems or opportunities
- Building and implementing predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
- Using a combined knowledge of computer science and applications, modelling, statistics, analytics, and maths to solve problems
- Assessing the effectiveness of the data model with the ability to select the right technique of data gathering.
- Developing best suited data models and algorithms in collaboration with Information Management and Digital partners
The key experience and knowledge required for this role includes:
- Proficient in existing digital tools and processes (eg Power Automate)
- Small to medium scale digital projects.
- Software programming
- Data mining and analysing
- Understanding of machine-learning and operations research
- Business intelligence tools and data frameworks
