Description

Title: Top Accounts Program - Manager
Duration: 5-6 months
Location: London (Remote)


Client is looking for a smart and talented Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the success of our Top Account Program. You will help expand the program services in EMEA while being responsible for executive profile research, customer organizational chart mapping, reporting key program metrics, and maintaining tools and templates. Attention to detail, a passion for driving impact, and willingness to tackle new projects are key!

Our team measures our success by our ability to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies to gain C-level mindshare.

Responsibilities:
Expand and customize program services across EMEA that further the vision for growing customer value
Partner with both NGO and EDU sales leaders to ensure prioritization for resources and account plan support and execution
Perform executive profiling and research on named accounts to help sales associates identify new opportunities, develop executive point of view, and ultimately develop Executive-level relationships
Develop holistic customer organizational charts including identifying key executive personas and matching them with internal campaign marketing, sales plays and general whitespace planning
Validate customer data and contact information within our.* tool
Coordinate with sales teams on the creation of briefing and event planning for Executive events (eg, roundtables, webinars, industry events, internal events, etc.)
Track and report on the performance of Top Account Programs to demonstrate impact across named account lists

Experience/Skills Required
5+ years experience in inbound/outbound sales, business development, or marketing at a high tech company, or similar.
B.A. in Business, Marketing, or MBA a plus, but not required.
Knowledge or interest in the non-profit or higher education market
A growth mindset, seeing opportunity and solutions when presented with challenges and an always-evolving environment
Dynamic, confident personality with ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals
Comfortable working remotely with a largely US based team on best practices and knowledge sharing;
Hands-on ability to create SF Reports, creating documents in Quip or Google Suite
Strong skills in communication, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally
Experience working with direct distribution (sales) teams
Exceptional team player with a zest for learning
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
