Non-Funds Implementation Manager and Funds implementation Manager (Project Manager)
London (WORK FROM HOME SPLIT)
Retail Banking (wholesale banking)
£555 - £580 Per Day PAYE
6 month initial statement of work

You would work PAYE through my consultancy client so you would receive holiday pay and pension as well as assistance in finding your next role! (Rate circa £ per day per day)

Responsible for Non-Funds delivery
Accountable for delivery of business requirements through all phases of delivery life cycle
Own project level risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies. Ensure these are updated within Clarity tool and consistently aligned with the central PMO
Own project plan and deliverables, providing status updates to the domain, calling out where and why the project may be deviating from plan and supporting this with evidence
Lead the relationship with the third party vendor for development and implementation of BoW (book of work) items
Manage resources tracker and track project Financials against BoW
Lead Scrum calls, monitor testing progress, driving defect resolution
Remove road blocks within the team and escalate issues to Programme Manager where necessary
Represent the work stream at all governance forums as required
Collaborate with test team to ensure test cases align to acceptance criteria
Contribute training content to be developed for User readiness
Prepare materials for senior stakeholder forums

Key Skills
Client Operations (CLM/KYC) Onboarding, Credit and large scale business and technology transformation knowledge
Experience of project planning and ownership
Exceptional Stakeholder management
Keenly proactive, and organized. Capable of juggling multiple complex workloads
Capable of coherently and eloquently writing communications to be distributed to both a user and senior audience
Facilitating the elicitation and understanding of the project progress amongst multiple businesses and stakeholders
The ability to facilitate dialogue between the project and senior stakeholders
Experience in the testing life cycle, UAT, defect analysis
Experience working in an Agile Environment
Excellent understanding of JIRA & Clarity

Funds Implementation Manager (London)

Responsible for Funds delivery
Creating, managing and representing the Global release schedule at senior forums
Ensuring control over the requirements gathering and refinement process
Managing vendor to ensure deliverable timelines and standards of quality are met
Coordinating and managing SIT and UAT test cycles
Project status reporting and RAID management
Manage resources tracker and track project Financials against BoW
Prepare materials for senior stakeholder forums

Key Skills
Client Operations (CLM/KYC) Onboarding, Credit and large scale business and technology transformation knowledge
Experience of managing senior client stakeholders (in a financial services organisation)
A very god understanding of working in Agile but be pragmatic to ensure delivery of committed business benefits against tight timelines
Deep understanding of business analysis processes and test cycles including conducting UAT
Experience of delivering business change in a Global organisation
Excellent understanding of JIRA & Clarity
