Description

The Client
The client is changing the way customer finds and buy their next car. They are heavily user-centric and invest in applying cutting-edge technologies in order to become a leader in our space.
The part of the group that you will be working in takes care of market organisations in the UK, Spain and Germany and works on the rolling out into new markets.

Start: Latest end of August
Duration: 6 months with first contract being 3 months, then another 3 months extension planned.
Availability: FT (min 4 days per week)

The Project
To bridge the gap until they have hired permanent employees, they are looking for a full freelance team. The project is expected to start asap.
You will be part of an interdisciplinary tech & product team, which is focused on delivering infrastructure & data applications to new markets. You and your colleagues manage, improve and deliver the an end-to-end e-commerce experience to a new market.

Your Job
Be the main contact person for customers and provide technical and product support
Responsible for creating policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience
Gather feedback from customers, study other customer success programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices
Outgoing customer contact, when funnel is interrupted and return them to the sales funnel

Requirements
Must Have:
Ready to start before end of August
Dutch-speaking
Previous experience in setting up customer success functions in a market from scratch.

Nice-to-have
Experience in E-commerce, Checkout, Finance, Classifieds/Platform businesses preferred, but not essential
Experience with international roll-outs is a strong plus.
The job is 100% remote.
Being based in the Berlin or Netherlands and/or Dutch speaking is a strong plus.
The company is based in Berlin and you could meet stakeholders f2f
The project will be about the Dutch market and you could meet with local users.
