One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Beta Test Coordinator.
For this role you can work remotely (2 days per week) and you will also need to be based near Brussels (3 days per week).

SUMMARY OF FUNCTION
Our program has the goal to deliver an APP in the B2C market and onboard close to 1 mio clients after a silent go live phase.
As we want to ensure client adoption is optimal we decided to invest for 6-9 months in a beta testing phase with relevant target groups of real clients. By doing this we want not only to ensure our solution runs smoothly, but also that the support processes are in place, that onboarding is as seamless as possible, but also that the digital services offered are fine tuned to fit client expectations. To succeed this mission we are looking for a Beta test coordinator.
The Beta Test Coordinator oversees all aspects of the beta testing in the program.
BETA TEST COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, plan, implement, coordinate, and manage the beta testing process
Define target client groups (referred to as beta testers) to participate in the testing phases
Identify potential problems and risks; establish and maintain a risk management program for beta testing
Refine existing beta processes in order to more efficiently track and prioritize issues discovered during the process
Create beta-test plans for beta testers, aligned with needs of digital factory stakeholders such as Product Owner, Service Designers, Quality Engineers.
Work with technical writer(s) to deliver beta feature documentation, and setup/manage resources for internal beta test activities
Provide direct support to beta testers by way of accurate, detailed, thorough, and timely support practices
Maintain a cordial, helpful demeanor with beta testers; cultivate relationships to encourage ongoing participation; help identify beta testing candidates
Analytics and insights: monitor, measure, identify, and prioritize issues discovered during beta testing
Work with the Product Owners to prioritize issues; follow up with Architects and DevOps for resolution
Coordination and advocacy of the results of the beta test phases by sharing with program po's and ensuring factual contextual feedback data both qualitative as quantitative
Communicate the program's status to testers periodically and as needed; ensure successful beta testing through effective communication
BETA TEST COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS
Key and eliminative qualification is to have tangible experience as beta test coordinator (targeting external client groups and obtaining and processing in a structured approach client feedback on beta version features of a mobile APP) in a B2C context (mass clients exposed digital services).
A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar discipline is required, as is 5+ years' experience in software development and testing. A master's degree in information management or similar discipline is preferred.
Experience in project management will be beneficial, as will test support experience. Experience with beta test management software a required. Experience with Agile methods of work and with multiple teams environments working on different content released at different moments into digital channels.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to work well with people are essential.
Beta program managers are responsible for gathering and analysing many user data in order to come up with actionable insights for the development of your app, therefore experience in data analysis and familiarity with relevant technical languages and tools is highly useful. First off, it enables them to decide which data and metrics to track, whether in regards to the product or the health of the beta test. Additionally, the ability of this person to mine, analyze, and visualize vast amounts of data will reduce dependencies on other teams in your organization. Most importantly, your beta program manager should have a data-driven mindset.

Language knowledge: Dutch (is a MUST) + English
