World Leading Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Community & Internal Comms Manager. The UK Retail Marketing team manage all the Mobility (Fuels & Low Carbon), Convenience Retail and Payment and Loyalty propositions for our service station business. The Brand and Communications is a dedicated team of Marketing Communication Specialists responsible for developing integrated and customer centric communications programs supporting our key product CVPs and core strategic business levers.

The team are responsible for planning, developing and executing compelling internal & external Marketing communication programs. The team consists of dedicated Channel experts overlooking whole Retail calendar activities as well as dedicated Campaigns Managers, responsible for successful deployment, development and activation of functional campaigns across Retail.

The Role:
Internal Comms Lead responsible for creating, delivering, and managing all internal Communication programs for Mobility engaging the Retailer/Dealer Community across all channels & platforms.
Digital Community Manager, managing UK Mobilities social channel including content strategy, content creation, and social community management.
Social Community Management: Social Community Management across all Mobility Social Channels (IG, FB, Twitter) using Sprinklr working closely with External relations and business leads.
Social Channel Management: Management of social channel strategy, content calendar, deployment and engagement.
Internal Communication Lead: Responsible for all internal Communications across UK Mobility including, Operational Comms, Crisis Comms Management, Campaign Launch programs, Reward & Recognition programs.
Business Plan Cascade Management: Lead annual Business Plan Cascade event including content management, event design & execution.
Agency Management: Manage all agency deliveries and scopes for internal Comms, ensuring strong agency delivery against briefs.
Health & Safety Program Lead: Lead award winning internal health & safety program (Go Home Well) driving awareness, education & Care around safety within staff and frontline.

The Candidate:

Established Marketing communications professional, with substantial experience in digital & internal communication roles and a proven track record of delivery. Strong Social channel expertise and excellent stakeholder management are essential.
