HR and Change Project Manager - Security and Vetting
Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices relating to security and vetting - make recommendations for best practice
Responsibilities:
Successfully deliver a large and complex project including; operating model, technology, and people change aspects, from inception to agreed business outcomes, following quality standards and within agreed baselines of time, budget and scope.
Managing stakeholder relationships, managing expectations, defining and agreeing scope, facilitating key decisions.
Developing the project plan, deliverables and milestones to successfully deliver the business outcomes, identifying and sourcing resources to achieve time and cost expectations
Ability to build working relationships with sponsors, accountable executives, key business stakeholders and business SMEs
Resolving dependencies, issues and risks within delivery.
Ensure delivery adheres to the Project Management Policies, Standards and Methods and Governance Framework
Able to direct and coach other project managers and project resources to deliver best practice and best in class identity capabilities
