Technical Project Coordinator, Tendering, Oxford, 3 months, up to £250pd, Outside IR35
We require an experienced Technical Project Coordinator, Tendering to join a leading organisation based in Oxford for an initial 3 month contract. As the Technical Project Coordinator, you will lead the technical tendering process for the development of cloud based systems and services for data management which will included the creation and delivery of technical tendering processes, including invitations to tender and bids. You will also be responsible for overseeing third party project implementation which will involve liaising with the chosen third party and stakeholders throughout. This contract has been deemed outside IR35.
As the Technical Project Manager, you will ideally have the following experience, knowledge and skill sets:
Previous experience of developing and managing tender invitations and bids for the development of data management process and software systems
Experience of managing third party suppliers from tender through to the delivery and implementation of technical projects
Knowledge/experience of cloud technologies
Experience of liaising with senior stakeholders
Any exposure/experience within the not for profit, community sector or similar would be highly beneficial
