Global Insurance Analyst
Our client within the leisure and tourism arena are seeking a Global Insurance Analyst to start ASAP in an initial 3 month contract ideally in time moving to perm, inside IR35 based remote & or in office which is based in Denham.
The client would look at people that have Hotels experience but this is not essential, any industry they will seek as long as you have the experience working with incidents, issues at high volume and have an excellent reporting administration background and who can work alone and deliver reports on time and successfully.

Work with internal stakeholders to develop solutions and information to support decision making and project delivery.
Provides consulting services, training, systems validation, acceptance testing and general guidance
Training, answering general questions about Riskonnect and troubleshooting system issues and assisting with technical questions/issues.
Manages ongoing development work, maintains issues lists and is responsible for working with HCL and Riskonnect to assist with delivering day to day support.
Incident Triaging and oversight
Oversight of incident triaging support across EMEAA and Greater China regions
Review data accuracy and quality from source
Insurance Administration
Develop and maintain an effective working knowledge of the Company's business activities.
Support the administration of insurance surveys including:
property surveys (documentation and tracking recommendations/actions)
engineering surveys (communication of reports and actions)
Monitor data feeds to ensure accuracy of information and
Review overall service delivery and performance of system
Review vendor triage performance and metrics
Excellent IT skills including the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data management systems.
Experience of Salesforce platform desirable.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent organisational skills and capable of meeting deadlines while often working under pressure.
Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
Able to build good working relationships and collaborate with others.
Attention to detail and able to gather and make sense of large amounts of information/data.
Able to manage projects and use problem solving skills.
Able to work independently and in a hybrid working environment
Qualifications and experience
Graduated with a relevant Risk, Insurance or Computer Sciences qualification would be nice
Experience in Risk Management, Insurance and/or Claims functions very helpful
Minimum of 2 years experience working in the above capacity
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
