Job description for the role of Adobe MarTech Architect

Job Purpose and primary objectives: Needs to work closely with C-suite leaders to develop/discover new paths to customers using digital to help reshape business priorities and create compelling customer experiences
Specialized in developing propositions that help in discovering defining and developing digital propositions which have recently helped customers launch successful market leading digital initiatives
Good experience in Transformation Lead with experience in delivering transformation program in Global Digital marketing systems and Digital marketing operations
Expertise in campaign marketing tools, CDP, SEO, Tag management, Customer centric tools.
Strong experience in digital marketing, monetization, services management, brand communications, marketing automation,people management and has demonstrated the ability to effectively integrate with key decision makers and drive digital programs
Rich experience in Customer Experience Transformation and Digital Marketing Transformation for global customer
Holistic and robust MarTech solution experience which helped the customers to improve their interaction experience and operational efficiencies by capturing 360 view of customer profile and preferences
Expert in Leveraging technologies to reimagine the way the business organizes, operates, and strategizes by choosing the right tools.
Compile information and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, other Business Intelligence data, develops models, conducts data verification, hypothesis testing.
Create dashboards, scorecards, reports to support key business initiatives tracking
Advise client leadership and key internal competitive landscape and strategies for enhancing advantage.
Provide business and technology insights as well as strategic direction to support creative solution development to solve client challenge.
Lead strategic consulting engagements and transformation initiatives including business problem analysis, solution development,
business case development, implementation planning and overseeing change management.

Key responsibilities:
Create and manage events to highlight customer struggles and analyze trends
Coordinate with teams to improve tool capabilities
Experience in executing data and insight- led marketing and digital transformation programs in marketing and tech platforms/ecosystems, including MarTech, customer data management, branding, marketing, and digital analytics
Marketing Technologist with a sound understanding of technology and business integration in all areas of online media and digital ecosystem, viz: campaign strategy, digital analytics, user experience/interaction strategy, marketing operations
including ad targeting, execution across channels
Delivering Digital projects containing elements like Tag management, Digital strategy, data visualization and reports with Campaign management, Optimizations and Execution.
Expert in Consulting with partners to gather business goals, improvements with their pain areas to execute developments with different vendors and parties.
Should have managed and mentored a variety of people across digital and marketing functions along with liaising with product and design teams
Bringing consumer-centric brand and innovation strategist with high tech, financial services, retail, Manufacturing, travel and hospitality, life science, and others sectors.
Transforming large, scaled customer experiences across inbound, outbound, and paid media channels.
Able to identify and share and replay sessions to understand customer struggles and report on them to achieve struggle free customer experience.
