Description
I am seeking a Cyber Service Management Consultant on an initial 3 month contract with a view to extend paying £700 per day INSIDE IR35. You MUST have valid and up to date security clearance - This is a MUST for the client. This role will be fully remote.
This role has less focus on Cyber Security/Technical Experience but has a real emphasis on Service Management/ITIL experience. Cyber Awareness is just a bonus, not essential.
This is a business crucial capability to ensure that my client's organisation and wider system is protected from Cyber Threats
Duties:
Customer relations.
Service delivery reviews/metrix reports
Volumes - presenting via workshops
Process life cycles - SOC processes
Improvement identification - Change management.
They will own a stakeholder database.
Key Skills:
ITIL qualification
Presentation skills
Line management skills
Service incident management
Change management
Cyber experience
Cyber threat landscape experience.
MUST HAVE: Valid SC clearance
