EUC Senior Project Manager - Legacy to Exchange Online - digital workplace - remote - global organisation!
Skills/experience
- Experience project managing migration to ideally Exchange Online
- 5+ years PM experience - must have worked in enterprise environments
- Consultancy/customer-facing/MSP/SP experience
- Extensive experience in managing stakeholders at all levels and backgrounds
- Strong team management techniques, particularly around governance, project health, when to intervene, and ensuring quality
- Experience in working with a global systems integrator and managing nearshore/offshore teams
- understanding of managing risks and issues
- Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding teams accountable for performance
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall
- Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Project and ServiceNow
