A leading global bank desires a Senior Controls Transformation Manager.
Our ideal candidate will have a background leading software delivery, controls environments, controls optimisation, and controls automation within large-scale enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of controls transformation, including automation/policy-as-code
- Acting as an SME for control owners and engineering teams
- Implementing an operating model for control owners and delivery teams
- Managing stakeholder expectations regarding controls and automation
- Communicating project schedules, delivery dates, scope changes, etc
- Gathering and creating requirements
- Managing risks and dependencies
- Managing adoption and rollout to engineering teams
- Training teams across project streams
We are looking for someone who is well-organised, disciplined, able to work with minimal supervision, has exceptional attention to detail, and someone who would like to continually hone the improvements and processes of a global company.
Key Skills & Experience:
- A background with delivery, controls and transformation
- Business analysis and best practices for large projects
- Software Development Lifecycle methods
- Stakeholder management, team leadership, and working in global teams
- Excellent written and verbal skills, and an ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical people
- Working within DevOps and in Agile environments
