-Implementation approach of Release Management in FLOWProposal for implementation approach, needed resources & timelineProposal to establish relevant processes, governance roles and boardsInitial analysis of dependencies considering process / functional releases, technical releases (SAP & non-SAP) Initial roadmap for release calendarCoaching of FLOW / to setup & establish release management
-Release Management ExecutionEstablish release communicationRun release management in FLOW organization considering the link in the Customer organization / parallel projects
