Main tasks:
- Support in Change Mangement of a CRM Insourcing and migration from 100% outsourced and 100% self-built into standard software and insourcing
- Means, support during the migration of CRM to new systems (for CRM, Loyalty) and ramp-up of internal units to fulfill externally handled requests
- Definition and documentation of process design of operational CRM
- Mentoring in taking over ownership and executive accountibility within a multi-cultural team
- Support in Training of tools & mind-set
- Setting up the organisation to handle processes end2end
- Agile Coaching of CRM and surrounding departments
Main qualifications
- Experience with insourcing programs
- Experience in moving to Standard software (Salesforce Service Cloud)
- Experience in Change Management
- Agile Coaching
- Agile Methodologies
- Experience in training people
