Description
For one of our customers we are looking for an experienced Change Management Expert.Your main task is to support the project team in their S4 Hana implementation.
Tasks:
* Creation and implementation of organizational change management concepts
* Coordination of all relevant matters of organizational change management during the template creation and rollout phases
* Regular coordination with the departments
Requirements:
* Very good experience as a Consultant for organizational Change Management in large scaled projects, ideally in IT transformations e.g. SAP implementation
* Experience within the definition, concept creation and implementation of change management
* Nice to have: certification as a Change Manager
Project details:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 12+ months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 5 days per week (min. 3 days Onsite)
* Locations: Duesseldorf, Germany
* Language: English, German
