Job Description:
- MS Dynamics CRM functional consultant required for a project in a UK government agency to work under the project BA and with client stakeholders to understand requirements and complete basic configuration for the client Case Management application.
At least four years' experience of the following required:
- MS Dynamics CRM
- Working with client stakeholders and SMEs to understand requirements
- Creation of user stories to the definition of ready - working with the project BA, Dynamics developers, tester and client SMEs
- Design of MS Dynamics CRM components
- Configuring MS Dynamics CRM
- And experience of the following would be of benefit:
- MS Dynamics CRM customisation
- Development using Azure Logic Apps
- BPSS cleared
- Worked on UK government accounts
- Agile frameworks - ie Scrum
