We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with the ability to work with senior stakeholders, functional leads and technology resources to deliver tangible outcomes. A delivery focused individual, with experience of integration of Finance functions resulting from M&A activity, Oracle ERP implementations (Fusion preferably) within financial services institutions.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record of business process analysis, design and implementation of process and system implementations across corporate functions for a new business
  • Experience of documenting to-be business processes
  • Ability to analyse requirements and create functional specification documents
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office tool and project planning tools
  • Experienced in use of change management version control tools and processes
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines

What you'll do:

  • The project manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the objective of the project, which is to integrate the Finance, Treasury and Tax function of a recently acquired Asset Manager into the Group Finance operating model. The core components of the project include implementing Oracle Fusion GL and sub-ledgers for all acquired entities and implement standardised processes for Cost, Cash, Compensation Accounting, AUM and Tax
  • Work with Stakeholders, business analysts and Group Technology to shape the Finance integration project
  • Manage relevant projects to a defined scope, budget and timeline
  • Compliance with project governance framework, providing regular status updates, escalation of issues and management of resources and budgets
  • Chairing of working group meetings and record keeping of decisions, risks and issues, ensuring that items are resolved or mitigated in a timely fashion
  • Identification and management of cross-workstream and external dependencies
  • Take personal ownership and lead delivery of a large and/or complex change project
  • Deliver tangible change for our client, through the successful delivery of corporate change projects
