Masentó are urgently looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager for our client, a Global End user. The opportunity is for 18-24 months located in Budapest, Hungary
When restrictions are lifted you will be onsite 50%.
Role & Responsibilities:
Project Manager
- Manage multiple ServiceNow projects across various modules, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change and Release Management etc.
- Provide detailed costs and schedule estimates throughout the project
- Deliver projects within the agreed budget, schedule, and quality standards, actively managing the project's stakeholders
- Manage project risks and dependencies, and escalate to project stakeholders in a timely manner
- Coordinate functional analysis, development, and technical operation teams in a Matrix environment
- Coordinate change management activities to ensure successful buy-in of the targeted end user population
Skills Experience
Education:
Higher education completed, preferably with a degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Project Management
- Experience in complex IT Projects (8 years minimum)
- Ability to manage projects in an international environment
- Real experience of a PM methodology (eg: PMI, Prince), particularly in the fields of
- Project Planning, Risk management, Stakeholders Management, Change
- Management and Vendor Management
- Experience in managing outsourced fixed price projects
- Experience with Agile projects, SCRUM experience is not mandatory but would be an asset
Technology
Experience managing ServiceNow Global Implementations (3 years+)
