Description

Location: Bristol - Abbeywood - with some WFH currently. Travel to other supplier locations.

Pay rate: £440pd inside IR35

Duration: Until March 2022

Position: IT Service Delivery Support Officer - SC Cleared

You must already have active SC Clearance that has been used within the last 12 months.

Minimum Requirement:

Valid SC Clearance.

  • Strong Service Delivery knowledge (essential)
  • ITIL v3 (transition to v4) (essential)
  • APM PMQ or equivalent. (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies/Experience of Agile delivery methodologies preferably SAFe? (desirable).
  • Experience of project delivery (desirable)
  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders. (essential)
  • Experience of risk and project management (desirable)
  • An understanding and using Business Cases.
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle

SOME OF THE DUTIES FOR CONTEXT:

Service Level Management to include the planning, implementation, control, review and audit of service provision, to meet the customer business requirements and the on-going management operational facilities to provide the agreed levels of service, seeking continually and proactively to improve service delivery and sustainability targets.

Service reporting. Produce relevant reports in a standard format in an agreed timeframe. Work with important stakeholders to discuss any changes in the reporting processes. (Relevant skill level: working)

Support and work in concert with the Service Delivery Project Manager on projects to ensure outputs are delivered

Act as the focal point for all service delivery aspects of the IT capability

Change Management including, preparation and management of Change Requests to the service infrastructure, assets, configuration items and associated documentation.
