Core Data Architecture Skills:
- Data Analysis

- Data Landscape Design (Data Flow, Mastership, API, etc.)

- Business knowledge in the Data Domain

Technology Stack Specialism:
- Azure

Role Specific & Specialist Skills:
- Commodity trading, investment banking, marine logistics and/or shipping experience
- Demonstrable experience in logical and physical Datamodelling.
- High degree of knowledge of master data management (MDM), with solid experience in MDM processes and implementing IT solutions for MDM
- Experience using data and enterprise architecture toolsets.
- Experience in design & delivery of an enterprise data platform.
- Understanding of modern data processing and data platform technologies (esp. Microsoft Azure) and able to discuss their pros and cons to lead to a coherent solution design.
- Exposure to commodity trading markets, algorithmic trading, straight through processing STP from on-premise systems to trade exchanges
- Strong data analysis and data engineering experience
- Strong understanding of metadata management and uses of metadata in data platform design
- Experience using SAP PowerDesigner
- Experience using Bizz Design or another enterprise architecture tool.
- Experience using Microsoft Azure technologies such as ADLS, ADF, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Analysis Services.
- Understanding of logistics business processes (road, marine, pipeline, energy distribution, etc).
- Experience working with ETRM (Energy Trading/Risk Management) software.
- Experience in master data management (emphasis on legal entity, location, material management).
- Experience working in credit risk domain
- Demonstrable understanding of finance concepts such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, chart of accounts, general ledger, P&L, working capital.
