Deployment Manager - Business Change, Inside IR35
Currently recruiting for a Business Change Deployment Manager to drive through practical application and extensive experience of effective methodologies in a change environment, ensure digital solutions are delivered better, faster, cheaper, repeatable and in a sustainable way.
Role will include the following:
- To contribute to the continual evolution and maturity of change methodologies and approaches.
- To support the delivery of a plan for change education within the business as a whole.
- To be the expert on change methodology within the project/programme and therefore be the primary point of contact/consultancy for that team and the business area(s) impacted by the change.
- To provide the project manager with a detailed view of size, shape and cost of activity to deliver the change outcomes and any ongoing progress reporting thereafter.
- To own and lead change management activities within a project or programme environment.
- To ensure an appropriate governance framework is in place within the project/programme to monitor progress of change activity and levels of business readiness.
- To identify the appropriate success factors and process confirmation in order to understand the effectiveness of change activity.
- To ensure an appropriate change network is in place to help deliver change outcomes.
- To ensure there is a clear understanding of the change impact to people, process, data and systems.
- To ensure that the impacted end user is fully and appropriately engaged and is at the heart of all change related activity.
- To be accountable/responsible for the creation of all change related documentation within a project or programme environment and to ensure they are of the required quality.
- To Matrix manage and lead any change related resource within a project or programme environment in order to deliver against the change outcomes.
- To help develop permanent team members within the project/programme environment as appropriate.
