Lead Solution Architect - Design - Life & Pensions - Business Transformation - Agile working
Our Client, a leading Life & Pensions provider has opportunities for solution architects to join an expanding design team that sits within their transformation division.
The Architect will provide architecture expertise across the technology and transformation team and actively participate in establishing solution architecture modes, patterns, processes and tools as well as ensuring requirements are gathered and business needs interpreted to propose solutions that deliver business value and align to strategy and the transformation agenda.
The Architect will provide architectural and design consultancy, coaching and mentoring within assigned projects and product teams as well as taking the lead in team management. The successful candidate will preferably have TOGAF accreditation or BCS Chartered professional, and Prince 2/ITIL/Agile qualifications as well as a background in Financial Services (ideally L&P) Proven experience in a leadership/mentoring role as a Solution Architect is essential as well as demonstrated ability of delivering solution designs that span multiple functions, geographies and lines of business. Excellent interpersonal, influencing and organisation skills are a must.
