Workday Technical Analyst - £550/€650p/day (Inside IR35) 6 months

Parity Group are recruiting on behalf of a market leading retail organisation, who is looking to recruit an experienced Workday Technical Analyst on an initial 6-month, Inside IR35 (Umbrella) contract. This role will be primarily remote working with occasional travel to their site in Dublin or Berkshire.

The Role

Demonstrates both technical and domain experience in the areas of Core HCM and Compensation, with a technical aptitude and capability to configure the product to meet the business requirements and design specifications.

Essential Requirements for the role:

  • Knowledge of Workday and payroll systems in an HR function.
  • Experience of business or technical analysis documentation.
  • Experience of Workday configuration in the production tenant.
  • Experience of Workday support, or Workday project, job roles.
  • Skill of working in a team with HR, IT or Finance professionals.
  • Skill of presenting the possible Workday config options available.
  • Experience of working in a multinational company with multiple outlets in each country.
  • Workday HCM Certification is desirable.

Key Objectives

  • Deliver customer requirements within the budget and timeframe outlined.
  • Guide stakeholders through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices
  • Conduct impact assessments of proposed changes coming out of the requirement and design sessions.
  • Utilise your technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates.
  • Work alongside the integration team to configure and test integrations between the Workday solution and selected applicant tracking system, time and attendance systems, and payroll providers.
  • Complete system testing of technical change in Workday.
  • Create communications and training documents for end users, about forthcoming changes to the system and the change they will see, and any action they will or may have to take.
