On behalf of our client, a blue chip utiltiies organisation, we are currently recruiting for a Process Change Manager on a contract basis. Mainly remote but based from Reading office, and this will be a role via Umbrella.

Job Specification:
Candidate's required/essential experience
. Experience of mapping business processes in complex/large organization
. Experience of the above on large projects (over £5milion of value)
. Experience of a customer relationship management system (CRM)- (Oracle CX)
. Experience in utilities as an advantage
