• 12 month contract with possible extensions  (rate negotiable)

Templeton urgently need AGILE SAFe Release Train Engineers with experience in managing, teaching, training, and coaching technical teams working in AGILE SAFe utilising Scrum and KANBAN to deliver Products.

Our client is a high profile global organisation who has a brilliant opportunity to work on one of their major projects.  

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coaching Development Teams working in SAFe AGILE

• Managed overseas/ remote based teams 

• Facilitate & run SAFe AGILE / Scrum/ Kanban  meetings

• Consulting in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe and lead Agile delivery teams to deliver world-class software 

• Expert in Agile software principles to other team members

• Support scrum ceremonies for the teams where needed (Planning, Retrospective, Grooming)

• Lead the Delivery Lead (Scrum Master) Community of Practice encouraging consistency across teams

Experience & skills:

• 4+ years’ experience as a Scaled Agile Release Train Engineer with a minimum of 3 teams

• 4+ years’ experience leading Agile teams 

• Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring on Agile delivery methods (Kanban/ SAFe Agile) 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Superior communications skills with all levels of employees and both internal and external stakeholders including presentations, and written reports

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining view on the strategic direction and being as detailed as needed

• Willing and able to get down in the details to make things happen

• Demonstrated ability to work successfully with demanding schedule constraints and technically challenging programs
