Description
Required for a fully-remote six month, initial contrtact, a SAP Technical License Manager to secure the implementation of SAP in ServiceNow SAM Pro and the replacement of SNOW SAP Optimizer with ServiceNow SAM Pro.
As a SAP Technical License Manager you will understand the Agile methodology and tools used (ServiceNow Agile, Jira/Confluence), preferably 10+ years of experience of Project management and 5+ years SAP License Management experience.
Role:
- Design and help in the Implementation of SAP Integration with ServiceNow SAM Pro
- Evaluate the SAP License Management in ServiceNow SAM Pro
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Project Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions and Change (RIDAC) Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Collaborate with other Project Leads (within Tech Foundation), the program Lead and stakeholders
- Plan and prepare the implementation phase incl. decision materials and anchoring for SAP in ServiceNow SAM Pro
Technical Skills:
- Experience introducing the relevant SAP License Management with ServiceNow SAM Pro in the context of larger companies
- Experience acting as a link between a ServiceNow and SAP team
- Experience with the introduction of new ways of working across the company related to the introduction of ServiceNow SAM Pro
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Software Development, ServiceNow Agile, Jira and Confluence
- Experience in ServiceNow Implementation Project (SAM Pro & Service Mapping)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Cloud Experience
