We're looking for someone who will act as the Change & Engagement Partner to the Pillar Leads with 9+ years' experience as well as continuous experience in ERP softwares. You will be the point person for the pillar on everything related to Change & Engagement, providing strategic guidance, support, as well as execution delivery. You will also play an active role in delivering and continuously improving the overall Change Strategy, framework and approach, as well as building change capability within the team and with the wider change community.
Here are some of the things key activities and responsibilies:
Developing and owning the change and engagement plan for the pillars supported
Aligning the pillar plans into the overall change and engagement plan and integrated program plan, including regular updates and risk/issue management
Driving the stakeholder management processes with the Pillar Leads, providing strategic guidance and support as required
Identifying pillar communication needs and working with the Communication Lead to define the appropriate communication plans and delivery
Driving delivery of the Design phase change & engagement deliverables, including change impact assessments, action plans, personas, user journeys and core change assets
Working with the Learning Lead to develop the Learning Needs Analysis for pillars supported
Working with the Pillars to prepare for the Deployment phase and ensuring Deployment Readiness'
Input to the country change toolkit and plans, in preparation for local change impact assessments
