Finance Manager/Programme Finance Lead - 3 months - Market Rate, Inside IR35Offices are based in Hampshire South Wales but work can be carried our remotely.
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who has led teams and managed large-scale budgets. As the Finance Lead you will manage a finance team capturing forecasts, tracking spending, capturing assumptions, tracking changes, producing financial reports and feeding into/informing strategic financial discussions, business cases and programme narrative, keeping finance at the heart of informed decision making.
Essential Skills Experience
Finance Management with experience of managing and leading a team.
Experience of financial governance and change control frameworks, supporting programme compliance and performance.
Experience of effectively challenging stakeholders on their deliverables and resource requirements.
Experience of programme financial planning, spanning multiple years and maintaining accuracy of forecasts.
Experience in costing projects and writing business cases.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with focus and positivity
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify key information from various sources of data.
