Description

HR Data Processing Analyst

Prestigious North West based client requires a Data Processing Analyst to work within their HR Team reviewing and updating Time and Absence/HR Data. You will be required to process new hire transactions, review job changes and ensure accurate data is entered into the HCM system Workday. Remote working initially and then office based 50% of the time from Jan 2022.

Essential:

*Previous Data Processing experience
*UK markets or previous EMEA would be beneficial
*Experience in processing HR data and managing Time and absences
*Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work successfully in a fast paced and continuously changing work environment.
*Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
*Proficiency with MS Excel and a proven ability to manipulate data (V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables) and an ability to learn required business applications.
*Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
*Knowledge of HRIS/HCM systems, preferably Workday or similar system: SAP HCM, Oracle, Kronos
*Collaborates effectively in a team environment.
*Desirable language skills beyond English: Proficiency in German, Spanish, Italian or French language would be a benefit
