ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst (Contract) - Remote work - 24 months
One of our important clients in Luxembourg is looking for a Business analyst ServiceNow ITSM implementation
The Business Analyst will work with various business stakeholders to collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and design documents.
This position works in parallel with our development team to ensure requirements are technically feasible, plan and prioritize demands, and construct detailed user stories with acceptance criteria in an agile/scrum framework.
The ability to conceptualize complex business processes and recognize areas for process optimization is a must.
You are a Teamplayer with Communications skills. You can also Work under pressure with deadlines.
Client is looking for someone who is Pro active, multitasking with analytical skills.
