Front Office Clearing BA/PM - Derivatives (Rates/Credit ) Investment Bank
An opportunity has arisen for a project manager/business analyst to lead House and Client Clearing risk
Experience Required:
- Proven ability to manage IT development projects (at least 5 years' experience managing projects in Front Office environment).
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of derivatives clearing and products (especially rates and credit).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of Agile development practices.
- Work with the business to define the risk IT platform for clearing.
- Represent risk IT at client and house clearing steering committees.
- Maintain & communicate roadmap of risk clearing deliveries.
As a project manager, you are required to:
- Take primary responsibility for the quality, timeliness and cost of your projects.
- Produce project plans, ensuring sufficient resources are provisioned and dependencies/risks identified and managed.
- Track and report progress to sponsors, stakeholders and IT management, escalating risks and issues.
- Define testing plans and user sign off criteria for delivery.
As a business analyst:
- Capture requirements as user stories and work with the scrum teams to define appropriate solutions in line with the aims of the business and IT strategy.
- Acts as SME in clearing risk platform topics.
