MHC Overview:
MHC are an award-winning IT and Business Consultancy, specialising in Change Management initiatives, which we deliver working in a collaborative way with our Clients. We are currently working on a wide variety of assignments that include some major Digital Transformation initiatives, Regulatory and Compliance Programmes and Tools adoption projects where we are providing specialist technical and business services to a client base of primarily Tier 1 Banks.
You will have the confidence and the capability to step straight into a specialist consultancy role within one of MHC's Practice areas to provide effective and efficient solutions that support our Clients' business requirements, while working constructively with senior MHC and Client managers and other staff.
Project commentary:
- Proven ability to deliver flexible, reliable, supportable, cost effective (packaged and bespoke) IT solutions.
- Proficient in methods and techniques for structured reviews, including reviews of non-functional requirements, technical documents, test plans, business cases and other key deliverables.
- Demonstrable aptitude for logical thinking which is effectively harnessed through learning new IT techniques and tools.
- Understanding of the advantages, pitfalls and costs of applications and technologies as well as integration of various technical platforms.
- Strong analytical ability, especially the ability to look at complex technical landscapes and recommend key business focused solutions.
- Real technical credibility from deep knowledge/understanding of some of the most challenging requirements.
- Ability to quickly gain the confidence of the business and colleagues through good communication and influencing skills, simplifying complex technical messages.
- Takes accountability for a major initiative and is credible.
- Proven capability to drive, govern and support solution implementation
- Able to work at all levels: Business, Data, Application and Technology.
