Description
A fast growing global tech business requires a Data Lead for an international SAP S/4HANA migration programme. Working remotely or from one of its European hub offices, the role will be responsible for multiple data migrations from various Legacy systems to a new single ERP platform.
This is a long-term contract assignment and the tasks will include:
- Design, plan and delivery of each data migration phase.
- Strategy for data validation, cleansing and resource requirements.
- Defining and managing migration scope.
- Stakeholder and partner engagement.
- Partner scope and management, plus assurance on delivery.
This is a hybrid function that requires an expert in data migration; technical knowledge of SAP ERP (ideally SAP S/4HANA); programme management skills; as well as expert interpersonal, change management and communication skills (often across diverse cultural groups).
