Mentmore is sourcing for a Portfolio Manage for a worldwide leader who are looking for someone to work in their extensive technology transformation programme. As the Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for providing visibility across the Technology portfolio. Managing collaboration across the portfolio of products, programmes, and service management.
Daily tasks
- Coordinate, oversee the Technology Portfolio roadmap.
- Ensuring customer and business outcomes are clearly articulated.
- Aggregating material dependencies (give and gets), resource capacity, risk, and issues to the Portfolio Review Board to facilitate decision making at the portfolio level.
- Producing and maintaining the Technology status report, which will include a benefits and variety of leading and lagging indicators.
- Tracking the view ahead of portfolio level plan to ensure dependencies, resources, risks and transition to service are being managed well in advance.
- Aggregating material dependencies (give and gets), resource capacity, risk, and issues to the Portfolio Review Board to facilitate decision making at the portfolio level.
- Demonstrable experience and a proven track record in managing product-based portfolios.
- Experience in playing a leading role in transformation initiatives, especially in terms of culture and behaviour shift.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural disposition for communication and inclusion.
- Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management experience.
