Church International LTD is proud to be partnered with an International Financial Services business, the information technology department has identified a requirement for a Service Design & Transition Manager to come on board and support multiple projects.
The successful candidate will be given a broad remit to deliver and autonomy to shape the role while meeting high-level objectives and managing key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of technical Service Design documents for new infrastructure services
- Create and manage the completion of SACs and governance documents
- Creation of migration factory governance with programme
- Contribute to and deliver improvements to the end-to-end Service Design & transition process where this aligns with the requirements of the project
- Carry out and document service impact assessments
- Define, agree, and document Service Approach depending on the requirements of the project
- Production of Service Design & Transition process deliverables required for projects to pass through PMO Stage Gates
Expected Experience:
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and application services
- Experience in carrying out Service Design & Transition activities for projects delivering new key business services
- Good working understanding of ITSM processes across the life cycle as well as change management concepts, project quality, and risk management concepts
- Experience in creating and documenting new operational processes
- Proven experience in delivering Service Design Packages across multiple delivery teams and 3rd parties
