OMP Supply Chain Planning Consultant
Management of the DATA Governance & Maintenance processes & tools
- Accountable for following within OMP directly and indirectly via Platform leads for SAP ECC's and EMS, and via the operational master data team leads for the SAP systems.
- Data Process definition/Process description & training materials and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Data process monitoring, KPI reporting and SLA adherence
- Tools management: eg E2E Data Request Management & Tracking, OMP Data Collection & Entry tool (Sharepoint as well as DSP/Syniti)
- Alignment with Data owners & Data maintainers on timing of updates in appropriate information fields
- Effective Training of Master Data, incl. availability of adequate training materials for master data mngt. Processes for OMP.
- Supporting the access management process re. OMP Master Data objects
- Support design, implementation and testing of enhancements/improvements in the processes & tools
DATA QUALITY
- Accountable for Data Quality monitoring
- OMP DQ monitoring: definition, realization with OMP, correction tracking, KPI's
- ECC/EMS DQ monitoring: definition, KPI follow up, escalations, (execution by SCDM)
- Accountable for execution and monitoring of the periodic update cycle across all Planning Sensitive Parameters
- In collaboration with MTO/QUAL/CLS/PLAN/FIN function
- Ensuring timely execution of the update cycle as required for PLAN & FINANCE
PORTFOLIO MNGT
- Responsible for oversight and implementation of the master data efforts of the project portfolio in scope and of continuous improvement initiatives
- Responsible to investigate/support in resolving/escalate Master Data issues in OMP/ECC raised by Key Users
- Responsible to ensure that the OMP specific master data incidents and problems are managed
COMMUNICATION
- Facilitate/prepare/drive the Olympus OMP Data Governance meetings (Parameter Owners, Plan key users, ERP Platform & site data leads)
- Ensure continuous alignment of activities, processes, procedures and tools with the ERP Platform leads and keept up to date and consulted about the establishment of content business rules, data field standards, process instructions, monitored data quality and changes coming with system enhancements or new projects
Work location is Leiden or Beerse with remote possible
