Contract Agile Delivery Manager - South West

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known organisation who are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who will be accountable for the performance of an established delivery team within an Agile environment.

The Agile Delivery Manager will coach and mentor team members to apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques. The role primarily focusses on Agile and Lean practices, Delivery Support and team success.

In order to be considered for this Agile Delivery Manager role most of the following experience is required:

  • Proven Agile Delivery Management experience
  • Highly skilled with Agile and Lean
  • Previous experience of coaching and mentoring high performance teams
  • Knowledge of good software and UX practices including test automation, source control, continuous deployment
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Reporting including service KPI's and delivery metrics
  • Commercial and Financial Management
  • Experience of working within a government department would be beneficial

This is an initial six month contract working inside of IR35 and is a hybrid role.
