Description
Data Scientist required by a leading consultancy to work for a client with a site in Saudi Arabia (KSA), occasional travel around once per month. You will be required to enhance the existing contact center data platform and incorporate additional dashboards, KPIs, and personas. The current dashboard was developed on Power BI as part of Phase 1. Additionally, they aim to deliver a predictive analytics Proof of Concept (POC) - identify and develop a list of predictive analytics use cases with potential business benefits and implementation complexity.
Role to include:
- Working with designers and client stakeholders to interpret the client's needs
- Designing the advanced analytics approach
- Leading the project team technically and taking responsibility for the design of the solution and the approach to refining the solution
- Owning the data science solution in the production
- Coordinating communication with the client
- Developing materials for new propositions and sales pitches"
Skills:
- Proven Data Scientist with experience in delivering predictive analytics solutions, pyspark (Spark ML), Python
