One of the UK's top Shared Services suppliers to Government (in this case the NHS) is looking to bring in a heavy-hitting Accounting and ERP Technology specialist to help support and structure its re-tendering for its existing business.
Understanding of F&A environment (AP, AR, GL, P2P, R2R, O2C etc) will be essential to provide workstream support inc Strategy, Solution, Digital Transformation, Transition & Change Management. Excellent knowledge of the operational benefits a SaaS ERP ( Oracle Fusion) and associated processes that can deliver would is required. Activities include assisting the sales team with tender questions, supporting existing SMEs, (potential) client presentations to senior leadership, written responses to the client or third parties.
The ideal candidate will complement existing skills and expertise but also offer constructive challenge to current thinking.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the company Sales team and SMEs to respond to tender questions
Write bid responses which incorporate optimal process and system models
Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to build responses for proposals
Develop content/writing (predominately solution summaries)
Support (and challenge) a virtual team of SMEs to
Feed for cost model, review cost model
Prepare and present oral presentations (develop and articulate value propositions, benefits,
Support site visits and demos of process and technology systems
Support reviews (pre-solution review, solution reviews) with process owners
The initial contract will be based from home (with site visits as necessary), with the IR35 status flexible, and a pay rate fully negotiable to attract the very best person available.
