We are currently recruiting for a Service Continuity Lead for a leading Financial client in London. This Service Continuity Lead will be managing the Service Continuity element of a large Data Centre migration. Working closely with third party vendors to manage the Service continuity strategy. This will include E2E testing, design and implementation to optimise the process.

For this role you will need a;

  • Strong background in Service Continuity.
  • A strong understanding of infrastructure and data centres.
  • Experience of creating and running service continuity plans, testing and execution to meet business requirements
  • Knowledge of Service Management; BAU, ITIL, incident management and problem.
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing 3rd party vendors.
