Description

Our client is a large and very well known charity organisation looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager. The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for defining the rollout of standardised processes, Governance, and compliance across third party partnerships.

This role is completely remote based

Responsibilities for the Operations Project Manager

  • Under the Branch Sustainability stream, manage the development of resources to support compliance with key regulatory areas such as health and safety and GDPR.
  • Support the wider Branches Programme with ad hoc activities such as facilitating workshops, coordinating information.
  • Provide regular updates and reports as required

Key Skills & Experience for the Operations Project Manager

Essential

  • Experience of change and project management along with comprehensive reporting skills
  • Understanding of the charity sector and stakeholders working in a federated structure.
  • Awareness of risk, opportunities, tangible, and intangible benefits
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence, motivate and engage colleagues and customers.
  • This is a remote workforce so your people skills will truly connect you to your team
  • We are seeking someone who understands stakeholder commitment and can bring meaningful consultation to ensure effective engagement in a complex change environment
